Lobo and SFS enter sale-leaseback agreement

SFS Aviation and Lobo Leasing, a leading global helicopter leasing company, today announced the completion of a sale and leaseback transaction.

Asia-based helicopter services company, SFS Aviation and Lobo Leasing, a leading global helicopter leasing company, today announced the completion of a sale and leaseback transaction.

The companies have agreed to terms on the sale-leaseback of an AgustaWestland AW139, giving SFS additional flexibility to meet the growing needs of its customers and supporting its international expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. The AW139 will support oil and gas operations in the Gulf of Thailand.

Lobo’s chief executive officer, William Wolf, said, “We are very proud to have entered into this relationship with SFS. We look forward to growing our partnership with them and continuing to provide them with flexible leasing as well as other fleet growth and capital structure solutions tailored to their operational requirements.”
